Enisa Bashota

Enisa holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Pristina. She has over seven years of experience in the banking sector, having worked for two of the largest commercial banks in Kosovo. Her professional background is primarily focused on Risk Management, with expertise in Risk Monitoring and Portfolio Analysis. Enisa has developed strong competencies in credit risk assessment, regulatory compliance, risk reporting, and the implementation of both internal and external institutional standards. In addition to her advanced theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, she is a certified Risk Management expert at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. She has also completed numerous professional training programs, particularly in risk management and the implementation of IFRS standards. At KCGF, Enisa is engaged as a Senior Risk Specialist.
