Board Of Directors
In accordance with the Law on the Establishment of the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund, the KCGF is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven (7) members:
A. One (1) ex-officio member, appointed by the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Republic of Kosovo;
B. One (1) ex-officio member, appointed by the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers of the Republic of Kosovo;
C. Four (4) independent members, appointed by the donors; and
D. The Managing Director of the KCGF, ex-officio.
