This applies to Kosovo nationals who have emigrated and lived abroad for more than 3 years, or second-generation descendants of Kosovar parents.

The business must be owned or co-owned by at least one woman, or led by at least one woman in an executive position.

Is the project dedicated to energy efficiency or renewables?

Investments in energy efficiency that reduce energy consumption, or small-scale renewable energy (solar, wind, biomass, geothermal up to 400 kW).

Is the project in the agricultural sector?

The business is active in agriculture or food processing, or is making investments in this sector (as evidenced through ARBK activities).

Is the business registered less than 12 months ago?

A recently registered business (under 12 months). Owner must confirm no prior bankruptcy and should have relevant education or experience.

Does the business export or plan to export after this investment?

The business currently exports goods or services, or intends to begin exporting as a direct result of this investment.
