Besnik Berisha

Besnik has more than 20 years of working experience in the banking sector in Kosovo and Albania. During his professional experience at the bank, he has worked in various managerial positions, mainly focusing on the development of the banking business in the SME sector. Recent positions include member of the board, responsible for business development at ProCredit Bank Kosovo, and later in ProCredit Bank Albania. Besnik is an expert in banking and has extensive experience with SMEs, challenges, and opportunities that these business structures are facing in the market. In KCGF, Besnik is a Managing Director and member of the Board as an ex officio member. Besnik has graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration – Financial Management from the University of Ljubljana. In addition, in July 2011, he graduated from the ProCredit Academy in Furth, Germany. In 2018, he enrolled in a PhD program in Celje, Slovenia, in the field of Knowledge Management
