Albulena Jahja Lubishtani

Albulena is an applied economist with many years of experience. She holds a PhD in Economics from a UK university and has extensive knowledge of evaluation methodologies. Albulena is passionate about econometric modelling and data analysis. Her interests range from labour economics, the financial sector, gender economics, and education. In her work, she has applied various methodologies using cross-section and panel data, including the doubly robust approach – Inverse Probability Weighting – Regression Adjustment, static and dynamic panel data modelling, etc. She also has more than ten years of experience in teaching economics subjects. In KCGF, Albulena is engaged as a senior project specialist.
