Vilson Ukaj

Vilson has more than 13 years of work experience in legislation in the field of public finance and the financial system. During his professional experience in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, he has supported the work of the Committee on Budget and Finance, with technical analysis and legal advice in the process of reviewing the annual budget laws of the Republic of Kosovo, international financial agreements, legislation governing the field of fiscal system, banking system, pension system, insurance system, and other laws that have been adopted in the Assembly, in terms of assessing their budgetary and financial impact. At KCGF, Vilson is responsible for all legal aspects of KCGF. He serves as the compliance officer and also as Secretary of the Board of Directors and Board Committees. Vilson holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Prishtina. He completed. He completed his Master’s degree in Legal and Financial Sciences at the Faculty of Law, University of Prishtina, and pursued a second Master’s degree in Public Management at the “Herite School of Governance” University in Berlin, Germany.
