Shkodrane is an economist with over 14 years of experience in the banking sector. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, and Accounting. By combining academic knowledge with extensive practical experience, Shkodrane has developed deep expertise in supporting the growth of the financial sector and local enterprises. Her focus areas include financing Micro and Agri businesses, portfolio analysis, credit risk assessment, and the development of sustainable strategies for portfolio expansion. Before joining KCGF, she held managerial and advisory roles at Banka për Biznes and ProCredit Bank. In these roles, she contributed to strengthening client relationships, strategic planning and management, improving portfolio quality, and implementing targeted strategies within the Micro and Agriculture segments. At KCGF, Shkodrane is engaged as a Senior Specialist for Analysis and Development of Products.
