Nora Arifi

Nora has more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector in Kosovo. She served mainly in managerial positions as Head of Product Management, Head of Small Businesses and Agriculture Department, and Branch Manager. She was engaged in many areas related to banking development, such as preparation of the Business Strategy, Credit Risk Policies and Procedures, contributing to the establishment of the Environmental Unit at her bank, as well as other human resources issues, such as recruitment and staff training. She was also engaged as a lecturer at the ProCredit Training Center, the Regional Academy in Veles, and ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt. In KCGF, Nora is responsible for guaranteeing portfolio development and relationships with relevant stakeholders. Nora is an economist with a degree in Management and Informatics, and has completed her Master's studies in General International Management.
