About
Lirika holds a degree in Management and Economics from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has completed her MBA studies in Energy Management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria. During her studies, she attended international programs in the field of energy in the United States of America, specifically at Rice University, UC Berkeley, and Stanford University. She also completed a semester at HAMK University in Finland, further expanding her academic experience in an international environment. She has extensive experience in energy and project management, including serving as a Project Manager from a licensed installation company in the SEEK project through the Millennium Foundation Kosovo, where she managed the implementation of energy efficiency measures for a large number of households in Kosovo. She has also worked in the renewable energy sector through consulting companies, providing services for photovoltaic projects and contributing to the development of technical and economic analyses, the design of project development strategies, and the optimization of their performance, supporting clients in the realization of investments and the adoption of more sustainable practices. Most recently, she gained international experience through her engagement at Verbund Green Power Photovoltaik Deutschland GmbH in Berlin, where she was involved in project development, focusing on photovoltaic and wind energy projects, as well as on the analysis of the energy market in Germany and Europe. At the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund (KCGF), Lirika is engaged as an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Specialist.
