Prishtina, 12.11.2025 – At the premises of the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund (KCGF), an agreement was signed today between KCGF and PriBank, through which PriBank gains the status of a Registered Financial Institution with full cooperation rights within KCGF.
This agreement marks PriBank’s transition from the pre-registration phase to a full partnership, enabling access to all guarantee windows with a total guarantee limit of €6.5 million.
Through this cooperation, PriBank will provide loans to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), supported by guarantees from KCGF, facilitating access to finance for key sectors of the economy and promoting sustainable growth, exports, and innovative entrepreneurship.
Within the framework of this agreement, strategic windows such as the GROW Window, the Women in Business Window, and the Startup Window are now enhanced with new features, including among others:
Longer maturities tailored to the nature of investments and business cycles.
Higher guarantee coverage to facilitate access to loans and reduce risk for financiers.
Higher financing limits, both in credit exposure and maximum loan amount, for more ambitious projects.
More favorable guarantee fees to reduce financing costs for beneficiary enterprises.
Simplified procedures and greater flexibility in assessment, depending on the product and business needs.
These improvements increase the attractiveness of the schemes, encourage sustainable investments (through GROW), support the development of women-owned businesses, and empower startups in Kosovo.
